Happy Birthday! In 2008 Southwell Minster will be 900 years old! It was built by hundreds of people who wanted it to be really special to show God how much they loved him. People worship God here every day. To celebrate, we are having a children's art competition. Find out how to enter by following the link on the home page.

Welcome! 2007 was an exciting year at the Minster because a new Dean came. He is our boss, a bit like your head teacher. He enjoyed meeting all the children who came in March and you might meet him when you come.
Did you know that you can come to the Minster any day of the week? It is open every day, and there is a special children's chapel where you can pray and play, and some children's leaflets to help you find your way around.
