The Time Travelling Team can help organise and run your event.
Parish events complement the two annual Minster Time Travelling events by providing
a smaller local experience for children in their own parish churches. Through this
event the church can build good links with the local schools.
The Time Travelling team, managed by experienced teachers are here to help you plan,
resource and run your own parish event by drawing upon the tried and tested format
of Time Travelling including songs, activities and volunteer training whilst focusing
on what is important to you as a church community.

Time Travelling can work with you by providing:
- A tried and tested format for the day
- Music and worship for children
- A bank of activity ideas and resources
- Training for volunteers
- Letters to schools, risk assessments, child protection and photograph policies
- Worship and Activity leader
- Experience of working with other parishes and managing our annual Southwell Minster event
